Deez Buzz :: Daniele lo Scalzo Moscheri

Monday, August 16th, 2010

Born 9th November 1963. Graduated in Architecture in Milan in the year 1987. In the year 1988 he attended a Master in "Advanced technology application on Industrial design Manufacturing" at Tampa University in Florida (USA). From 1987 to 1993 he collaborated with Piero Lissoni, then he opened his own office, dealing with product design and advertising.
The numerous experiences matured with some of the most important companies in the design furniture field, consolidate his multidisciplinary ability. His style is concise, up-to-date, and testifies the lucky and pleasant matching of different materials. The outlines are clear and straight and reflect the technological innovation and the concept "ready made". Technology and tradition set the project at the border between present and future, hoping to anticipate styles, functions, new processes, but not forgetting those values connected to manual techniques and materials which are witnesses of the tradition. It is not searching for a unique solution which is pure and absolute style, but for a loyal style to both modern living and "minimalism". Details are carefully planned; the aim is to reach an elegant and essential modernity with a particular attention to the evolutions in the home-tastes and in the home-functions.
